Our team “checks the boxes” in terms of experience, legal acumen, case history, and past results.

Our mission is to encourage our attorneys to lead healthier, more productive careers. This is the landing spot for highly skilled, talented litigators that want to better integrate their work with their lives while pursuing interesting, challenging litigation, and serving their clients well. We strive for optimal results from all angles: internally with our curated hiring decisions and collaborative culture; and externally with our client-results driven practice model.

You will fit well with our team if you are self-motivated, hardworking, place value on initiative and high-quality work. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, seek to innovate and improve processes and collaborate well with others. We are looking for individuals who embrace technology as we are paperless and future-focused. We offer flexible, remote working arrangements. We intend to keep a hybrid working model throughout the pandemic and beyond.

Ideal Candidate:

Candidates with strong academic credentials; experienced judgment and decision-making skills; superior oral advocacy, research, writing, and time management skills; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are invited to apply. Because of our collaborative and progressive culture, candidates also characterizing a strong sense of empathy and entrepreneurship are strongly encouraged to apply.

Please let us know if you’d like to discuss the policy or available accommodations before proceeding with our recruitment process.

Position responsibilities and opportunities include:

Our compensation package is highly competitive. In addition, we offer an excellent benefits package including health care, vision, dental, generous paid leave and a retirement plan. Flexible work hours and flexible remote working days are available and encouraged.

H1 Law Group places a high value on diversity and is committed to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment where all our attorneys can thrive. Candidates from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
